The company was founded in 1984 by Julià Vilà following in the footsteps of his father Fermí, who started out as a butcher in the town of Borrassà.
The following generations have continued in the business, bringing innovation and growth to the company.
The current factory, located in Vilamalla and inaugurated in 2019, is equipped with technology and computer equipment, which carry out quality controls throughout the production process, from the reception of raw materials, production rooms and dryers until reaching the expedition.
